Please contact us via email at email@example.com and provide us with your order number. You can find this number at the top right of the order confirmation (e.g. #DE1234). Please let us know what was delivered incorrectly. We will then arrange for a prompt re-delivery. In the meantime, you can return the incorrect product to us. You will receive the shipping label through the GRIPMODE Returns Portal.
Please make sure to include a note with your return stating that this is a mix-up/wrong delivery. This will help the shipping team process your return more efficiently.
