DISCOUNT CODE/GIFT VOUCHER

The discount code or the code of the gift voucher must be entered in the shopping cart under "Payment" in the field "Discount code".

In order for the voucher code to be applied, you must then click on the "Apply" button. Afterwards, the total amount will be automatically adjusted by the value of the voucher.

Important: Only one discount/voucher code can be redeemed per order.

If you have several codes, we can combine them into one code. In this case, please contact our support team by e-mail support.eu@gripmode.com

If you come under the shipping limit after using the voucher, shipping costs may apply.

Please note: Unfortunately, voucher or discount codes can not be retroactively booked, this is technically not possible. If you have forgotten to redeem a voucher/discount, it will of course remain valid and can be used for the next order.
